Growing up, my parents instilled god, family, country as driving priorities in my life. Since September 11, 2001 I felt a deep calling to serve my country. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to do just that after graduating from the University of Oregon in 2014 with a degree in Political Science, and commissioning into the US Army. Throughout my time in service I felt immense personal fulfillment in the positive impact I had on the lives of my teammates. While attending the Harvard Business School, I quickly realized the opportunity to have a similar impact with a great small business while leading a dynamic team and creating value for employees, customers, vendors, and the community in which we operate.
